Wind Farm Receives 18 Billion Yen Loan From Japanese Banks
The loan will be used to add 80 megawatts of capacity to the 15 megawatt wind farm in Mie prefecture operated by Aoyama- Kogen Wind Farm Co., the state-run bank said in a statement.
C-Tech Corp., a clean energy and telecommunications unit of Chubu Electric Power Co. (9502), owns 95.8 percent of Aoyama-Kogen.
DBJ and the Bank of Saga Ltd. (8395) provided a 3 billion yen loan for a 12 megawatt solar plant by a unit of NTT Facilities Inc. in Saga prefecture, DBJ said in a separate statement today. The plant will start operations at the end of June.
