Premier League Soccer Clubs Support Spending Controls, Gold Says

English Premier League soccer clubs voted to approve spending limits, West Ham co-owner David Gold said today.
The league will have a press conference at 3:30 p.m. local time to give details of the proposal. Gold commented outside the owners’ meeting in remarks broadcast by SkySports News.
