Venezuela’s Chavez Closing Post Operative Phase, Maduro Says

President Hugo Chavez is closing a post-operative “cycle” after a fourth surgery for an undisclosed cancer, Venezuelan Vice President Nicolas Maduro said.

Maduro, speaking in an interview on Russian state broadcaster RT, said Chavez was living the “best moment” of his post-operative phase.
