SocGen, UniCredit, Sberbank Eye Razvojna Vojvodine: Blic

Serbian units of Societe Generale SA (GLE), UniCredit SpA (UCG) and OAO Sberbank (SBER) are among possible bidders for Serbia’s Razvojna Banka Vojvodine AD (MTBN), Blic newspaper reported, citing an unidentified source.

Local units of Credit Agricole SA (ACA) and Belgrade-based AIK Banka AD (AIKB) are also analyzing Razvojna that the government and the majority owner, Serbia’s northern province of Vojvodina, are offering to investors, the newspaper said.
