Russian Opposition Activist Commits Suicide, Interfax Reports
Russian opposition activist Alexander Dolmatov has committed suicide in the Netherlands, Interfax said, without citing anyone.
Dolmatov was a member of the Other Russia opposition party and took part in an anti-government protest in Moscow last May, the newswire said. After police searched his apartment, he fled to the Netherlands, where an application for political asylum was rejected, according to the news agency.
