Principal Says Assets Under Management Climb at Global Investors

Principal Financial Group Inc., the provider of life insurance and retirement products, said assets under management at Principal Global Investors were $263.2 billion as of Dec. 31, up from $258.4 billion on Sept. 30.
The figure climbed to $66.9 billion at Principal International from $63.8 billion at the end of the third quarter, the Des Moines, Iowa-based insurer said today in a regulatory filing.
