European Coal for 2014 Delivery Declines for Third Day to Record

European coal for 2014 delivery decreased for a third day to a record low.

Thermal coal for delivery next year to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Antwerp fell 0.3 percent to $101.15 a metric ton as of 2:55 p.m. in London, according to broker data compiled by Bloomberg. That’s the 2014 contract’s lowest price since it started trading in January 2010.
