Venezuela Will Keep Cabello as Head of Parliament, Nacional Says

Lawmakers from Venezuela’s ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela will re-elect Diosdado Cabello as president of the National Assembly on Jan. 5, El Nacional reported, citing PSUV lawmaker Jose Javier Morales.
The party of President Hugo Chavez will maintain Cabello in his post and will appoint Blanca Eekhout as National Assembly first vice-president, the Caracas-based newspaper reported.
