Polish Next-Day Power Rises for Second Day on Exports to Germany
Next-day power gained 13 percent to 137.51 zloty ($44.69) a megawatt-hour, exchange data compiled by Bloomberg show. That’s the highest since Dec. 23.
Poland was set to send a maximum of 545 megawatts to Germany during some hours tomorrow, data from the power grid manager PSE Operator SA showed. That compares with as much as 113 megawatts today.
Tauron SA halted a 460-megawatt unit at its Lagisza power plant on Dec. 22. The facility is set to start on Jan. 1
