Acta Raises $3.4 Million to Fund Hydrogen Development

Acta SpA (ACTA), an Italian clean-energy developer, raised 2.1 million pounds ($3.4 million) by selling shares to fund an expansion of its hydrogen production capacity.
Acta issued 42.2 million ordinary shares at a price of 5 pence a share, the Pisa-based company said in a statement today. Acta fell 7.8 percent to 5.88 pence in London today.
