Apple Inc. (AAPL), Google Inc. (GOOG) and Research In Motion Ltd. (RIM) are part of the consortium that won the bidding for Eastman Kodak Co. (EKDKQ)’s digital-imaging patents, said two people with knowledge of the matter.

Facebook Inc., Amazon.com Inc. and Microsoft Corp. also were part of the group, said the people, who asked not to be named as the process was private.
