Spanish Hydro Reserves Increase Last Week; Power Output Rises

Spanish water reserves for hydropower generation rose in the past week, the country’s Environment Ministry said.
Hydropower output capacity climbed to 7,847 gigawatt-hours from 7,523 gigawatt-hour a week earlier, the ministry said today. Actual hydro generation increased to 486.5 gigawatt-hour in the week to Dec. 16 from 446.6 gigawatt-hour in the previous week.
