Ukraine’s Refined-Sugar Production Declined 11%, Interfax Says

Ukraine’s refined-sugar output fell to 2.06 million metric tons from the start of the season on Sept. 1 to today, about 11 percent down on the year-earlier period, Interfax-Ukraine reported, citing the country’s association of sugar producers, Ukrtsukor.
