EPH Is Interested in RWE's Czech Gas Pipelines, HN Says

Energeticky a Prumyslovy Holding AS, a Czech private equity group, is interested in buying the company operating the Czech natural gas pipeline network from RWE AG (RWE), Hospodarske Noviny reported, without citing anyone.
RWE may sell the Czech pipelines operator, called Net4Gas, for as much as 51 billion koruna ($2.6 billion), the newspaper said.
EPH is currently in talks with E.ON Ruhrgas AG and GDF Suez (GSZ) on purchasing their 49 percent stake in Slovakia’s dominant gas company Slovensky Plynarensky Priemysel AS.
