U.S. 10-Year Treasuries Decline, Pushing Yield Higher to 1.64%
U.S. 10-year Treasuries declined, pushing the yield up two basis points to 1.64 percent at 11:51 a.m. London time.
Two-year notes were little changed, with the yield at 0.24 percent.
