JPMorgan Appoints Mark O’Donovan to Be Corporate Controller

JPMorgan Chase & Co., the largest U.S. bank by assets, named Mark W. O’Donovan corporate controller, succeeding Shannon S. Warren.
O’Donovan has been global controller for the firm’s investment bank since 2010, the New York-based lender said today in a regulatory filing. Warren was named co-chief control officer of the firm.
