BP Managers Plead Not Guilty to Criminal Spill Charges
Two BP Plc (BP/) well-site managers and a former executive pleaded not guilty to criminal charges growing out of the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill appeared in court to enter pleas.
Robert Kaluza, Donald Vidrine and David Rainey entered pleas today before U.S. District Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle in New Orleans.
