Australia Makes 550 Batting First Against S. Africa in 2nd Test
Australia was dismissed for 550 in its first innings on day two of the second cricket Test against South Africa in Adelaide.
Captain Michael Clarke top scored with 230, adding six runs to his overnight score after yesterday becoming the first batsman in elite Tests to register four double centuries in a calendar year.
Morne Morkel finished as South Africa’s best bowler, taking 5-146 from his 30 overs, as the Proteas fought back after Australia racked up 482-5 on day one.
