Manchester City Beats Tottenham 2-1 in Soccer’s Premier League

Manchester City rallied to beat Tottenham 2-1 in English soccer’s Premier League, lifting the defending champion into second spot in the standings.
Edin Dzeko got the winning goal after 88 minutes. Steven Caulker had given Spurs a halftime lead at the Etihad Stadium, with Sergio Aguero replying for the home team on 65 minutes.
Chelsea can regain second spot with a win against Liverpool later today. Newcastle hosts West Ham in the day’s other game.
