Tunisian Government Lifts Curfew in South Imposed After Clashes

Tunisia’s government lifted a night curfew imposed last month on the southern region of Gabes, the official TAP news agency reported today.
The interior ministry announced the curfew on Oct. 21 in four areas of Gabes following clashes between police and protestors.
