Croatia May Sell More Stake in INA to Mol, Globus Reports
Croatia may sell an additional 19 percent stake in refiner INA Industrija Nafte d.d. to Hungary’s Mol Nyrt., Globus weekly reported, citing an unidentified assistant to a Mol supervisory board member.
Mol owns 49.1 percent in INA, while the Croatian government has a 44.84 percent stake.
