German Health Fund Sees EU12B Surplus by Year-End, FAZ Says

The federally run German health fund will have a surplus of 12 billion euros ($15.4 billion) by the end of the year, 3 billion euros more than expected, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung said, citing people close to the fund. * Estimate for 2013 is a surplus of 15 billion euros, newspaper said
