Portugal’s DECO Reports 24% Rise in Over-Indebtedness Cases
The number of individuals receiving help for over-indebtedness from the Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection rose 24 percent in the nine months through September from the same period a year earlier, DECO said today.
A total of 4,010 people are being assisted by the consumer protection group, up from 3,238 in the previous month, it said in an e-mailed report.
