Ex-Minister, ChelPipe Chief Start $500 Mln Fund, Vedomosti Says
Andrei Dementiev, Russia’s former deputy industry and trade minister, and ChelPipe Chairman Sergei Moiseyev have created an infrastructure investment fund called Unicorn Capital Partners, Vedomosti reported.
Dementiev and Moiseyev started the fund on Sept. 17 and say they plan to raise $500 million, the newspaper said, adding that the partners will invest at least 10 percent of the fund’s total capital.
