Sep 20, 2012

(AFNL) was the first bankrupt bank holding company to defeat the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in a federal courts of appeals on an issue that determines whether the FDIC sops up virtually all the assets. For the last topic, Rochelle questions whether a federal district judge made a mistake in a Chapter 13 case by not discussing the implications of the Supreme Court's ruling in Hamilton v. Lanning.
