African Development Bank Lends Morocco $800 Million for Energy

The African Development Bank has granted Morocco $800 million in loans to support renewable energy programs, the organization said in an e-mailed statement today.
The funds will help Morocco develop a concentrated solar power plant in the town of Ouarzazate, the Tunisia-based bank said.
