Sacyr’s Somague Is Interested in Aguas de Portugal, Valor Says

Sacyr Vallehermoso SA (SYV)’s Somague unit is interested in buying Portuguese state-controlled water utility Aguas de Portugal SGPS SA, Valor reported, citing Pedro Cardoso Alves, a director of Somague’s environment division.
Alves said he considers the sale of Aguas de Portugal won’t take place this year, according to the Brazilian newspaper.
Madrid-based Sacyr is a Spanish construction company.
