Union MedTech May Move Listing to Australia, Independent Says

Union MedTech Plc’s Chairman Christopher Stainforth may announce tomorrow plans to move its listing to an Australian stock exchange, the Independent on Sunday reported, without saying where it got the information.
Union MedTech, which trades on the PLUS Stock Exchange in London, may say it plans to expand through acquisitions in Australia and Asia, the newspaper reported.
