Razgulay Begins Harvesting Grain in Russia’s Krasnodar Region

OAO Razgulay Group (GRAZ) began harvesting grain in Russia’s Krasnodar region, the company said today in a statement on its website.
Razgulay plans to harvest 250,000 hectares (618,000 acres) this year, including 81,300 hectares sown with wheat, 55,700 with sugar beet, 27,800 with barley and 15,000 with rice. Oilseeds are planted on more than 32,000 hectares, with 15,600 of soybeans, 9,000 of sunflowers and in excess of 8,000 of flax.
