Yamana Gold to Buy Extorre For About $414 Million in Cash, Stock

Yamana Gold Inc. (YRI) agreed to buy Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. (XG) for about C$414 ($404.1) million in cash and shares.
Extorre shareholders will receive C$3.50 in cash and 0.0467 percent of a share of Yamana, according to a statement from Extorre today.
