Russia’s Budget Deficit May Reach 1.5% of GDP by 2015, RIA Says

Russia’s budget deficit may reach 1.5 percent of gross domestic product by 2015, more than previously estimated, RIA Novosti reported, citing a revised forecast by the Economy Ministry.
