TNK-BP in Talks to Buy Two Itera Oil Fields, Kommersant Says

TNK-BP, the Russian oil producer half-owned by BP Plc (BP/), is in talks with OOO Itera to buy two oil fields in the Orenburg region, Kommersant reported, citing an unidentified person at the gas explorer.
The two fields are valued at about $100 million and could together produce as much as 400,000 metric tons of crude a year, or 8,000 barrels a day, Kommersant said.
