Spaniards May Use Pensions to Cut Loan Arrears, Expansion Says

Spain may allow homeowners in arrears to redeem pension funds ahead of the legal minimum age to avoid their property being repossessed, Expansion said, citing a draft version of a rule being considered by the government.

The law may come into force before the end of the year, the newspaper said.
