Ukraine Central Bank Cuts Refinancing Rates, Interfax Says

Ukraine’s central bank cut refinancing rates for overnight loans as inflation slowed, Interfax-Ukraine newswire reported, citing Valeriy Lytvytskyi, the chief adviser to central bank governor Serhiy Arbuzov.
The rate for transactions backed by treasury bills was lowered to 8.5 percent from 8.75 percent; that for non- collateral transactions was reduced to 10.5 percent from 10.75 percent, the newswire said.
