BPCE Said to Tap 4.5% Bonds Due February 2022

Groupe BPCE is adding to its 750 million euros of 4.5 percent bonds due February 2022, according to three people with knowledge of the transaction.
The new notes may be priced to yield 155 to 160 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate. Natixis is managing the deal.
