Vodafone Plans to Stay in Greece, Chief Colao Tells Kathimerini

Vodafone Group Plc (VOD) has no plans to leave Greece and doesn’t fear the country’s economic situation, Kathimerini said, citing Vodafone Chief Executive Officer Vittorio Colao.
Vodafone will continue to focus on developing in Greece strong data infrastructure for person-to-person and machine-to- machine communications, the Athens-based newspaper cited Colao as saying in an interview to be published in tomorrow’s edition.
Vodafone is pleased with its co-operation with Hellas Online SA (HOL) in Greece, Kathimerini cited Colao as saying.
