Pakistan Raises Domestic Fuel Prices in Line With Global Rates

Pakistan increased domestic prices of petroleum products after global crude rates rose.
The price of motor spirit was raised by 2.9 percent to 97.66 rupees ($1.07) a liter, the Islamabad-based Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority said in a statement late yesterday. The rate of kerosene oil was increased 4.8 percent to 96.40 rupees a liter, according to the statement.
