Deutsche Boerse Failed Merger Costs EU113 Million, Boersen Says

Deutsche Boerse AG (DB1)’s failed merger with NYSE Euronext (NYX) is costing the German company about 113 million euros ($148 million), Boersen-Zeitung said, citing company documents.
In 2011 Deutsche Boerse booked 83 million euros in costs tied to the merger and the company expects to book a further 30 million euros this year, the German newspaper said.
