New York City Drivers Face ‘Significant’ Delays on Lincoln Tunnel Accident

New York City drivers face “significant outbound traffic delays” at Lincoln Tunnel because of an accident in the tunnel, the city reported in an e- mail.
Drivers are advised to consider alternate routes to New Jersey, the city said.
