Buyout Firm Cinven Assessing Mothercare Takeover, Telegraph Says

Cinven Ltd., the private-equity firm that owns PizzaExpress, is assessing a 150 million-pound ($235 million) takeover bid for Mothercare Plc (MTC), the Sunday Telegraph reported, without saying where it got the information.
Cinven declined to comment, the newspaper said.
