Groupe SEB Poised to Buy 55% of Maharaja Whiteline, Echos Says

Groupe SEB SA (SK), the world’s largest maker of countertop kitchen appliances, is in the final stages of acquiring about 55 percent of India’s Maharaja Whiteline for several tens of millions of euros, Les Echos reported, without citing anyone.
Revenue of privately owned Maharaja Whiteline was estimated at 22 million euros in the 12 months ended last March, and is forecast at 35 million euros for the year ending next March, the newspaper said.
