Indian Oil Issues Second Crude Import Tender for January Loading

Indian Oil Corp., the country’s biggest refiner, issued a second spot tender seeking to buy low- sulfur crude loading in January, according to official documents obtained by Bloomberg News.
Earlier this month, the company bought 4 million barrels of Nigerian and Angolan grades for January via its first tender.
Details of the company’s requirements are as follows:

Crude: West African, Caspian, North Sea, North African,
Malaysian, Kazakh
Quantity: Cargoes of as much as 2 million barrels to
be co-loaded in a Very Large Crude Carrier, or
single cargoes of 1 million barrels
Loading: December
Offers close: Part 1 - Expression of interest: Nov. 15
Part 2 - Submission of offers: Nov. 16
Validity: Nov. 17
