Weg to Buy Electric Machinery From GE Energy

Brazil’s industrial-machinery maker Weg SA (WEGE3) said it will buy engine maker Electric Machinery from GE Energy, according to a regulatory filing.
Weg said Electric Machinery’s 2011 revenue is estimated at $56 million, the filing added.
