EIH Appoints Nita Ambani, Three Others as Additional Directors

Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- EIH Ltd. (EIH), the operator of India’s luxury Oberoi hotel chain, appointed Nita Ambani, wife of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, as a director on its board.

EIH, 14.8 percent owned by Ambani’s Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), also appointed Manoj Harjivandas Modi, Renu Sud Karmad and Robert Henry Burns as additional directors, it said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
