MARKETS: *The 30-stock Micex Index (INDEXCF) rose 2.5 percent to 1,482.81, while the dollar-denominated RTS Index (RTSI$) gained 3.6 percent to 1,508.82. *Russia’s benchmark 2018 ruble Eurobond advanced 0.2 percent, reducing the yield five basis points to 7.786 percent. *The ruble strengthened 1.3 percent to 30.6250 per dollar and 1.5 percent to 42.5100 per euro. *The MSCI (MXEF) Emerging Markets Index rose 0.8 percent to 956.69 at 9:04 a.m. *Crude for December delivery advanced 0.6 percent to $91.79 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. *Brent crude lost 0.2 percent to $111.28 a barrel on the ICE Futures Europe exchange in London. *Gold for immediate delivery rose 0.2 percent to $1,657.18 an ounce.
