Elringklinger Closes Takeover Deal for Hummel Group; Owns 90%

ElringKlinger AG (ZIL2) closed the majority deal regarding the majority acquisition of Hummel Group. ElringKlinger owns 90 percent of the interests in the mold and tool manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding technologies.
