U.K. Mortgage Lending Fell 2% in September on Month, CML Says
U.K. gross mortgage lending fell 2 percent in September from the previous month to 12.9 billion pounds, the Council of Mortgage Lenders said.
The reading is up 4 percent from a year earlier, the CML said in an e-mailed statement.
