Metlifecare Names Goldman Sachs to Advise on Strategic Review

Metlifecare Ltd. (MET), a New Zealand owner of retirement villages, appointed Goldman Sachs & Partners New Zealand Ltd. to assist with a review of the capital and ownership structure, the Auckland-based company said in a statement.
