Fundtech, B Communications, Bezeq, Teva: Israeli Equity Preview

The TA-25 Index gained 3.8 percent to 1,072.41 in Tel Aviv.
Fundtech Ltd. (FNDT) : ACI Worldwide Inc., which has offered to buy S1 Corp., filed a presentation to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission urging S1 shareholders to vote against a planned acquisition of Fundtech, a maker of software for financial institutions. Fundtech increased 0.1 percent to 58.37 shekels.
B Communications Ltd. (BCOM) : The controlling shareholder in Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunication Corp. (BEZQ IT) through its Smile Communications unit said it expects 465 million shekels ($127 million) in dividends from Bezeq in October. B Communications rose 1.4 percent to 65.80 shekels. Bezeq climbed 3.9 percent to 7.80 shekels.
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) : The U.K. unit of the world’s biggest maker of generic drugs introduced its version of UCB Pharm Ltd.’s Keppra epilepsy drug. Teva increased 2.6 percent to 148 shekels.
