IPF Plans to List Shares on Warsaw Stock Exchange Next Year, Puls Reports

International Personal Finance Plc (IPF), a U.K. lender that makes unsecured loans to low-income households overseas, plans to list shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange next year, Puls Biznesu reported, citing Chief Executive Officer John Harnett.
IPF may debut on the Polish bourse in April or May, the newspaper said.
